Working inside the business with you
I work with a small number of firms at a time. Each engagement starts with a clear goal we agree on together, and I work inside the business with you rather than handing over a report.

My background is in mechanical design, product development, project management and sales in industrial manufacturing. I hold a master's degree in aerospace engineering.
What I enjoy most is the problem that others have set aside as too complicated. I learn how it works from the ground up, then fix it.
